Hello Amazon sellers,

I'm having a big problem with my US account. When I try to start ads, I keep getting a payment error. The message says, "There's an issue with your payment method and your campaigns have stopped delivering."

This problem is very serious because it's stopping me from running new ads, launching my products, and making sales. I tried to get help from Amazon support. But they told me my account can't use Sponsored Ads, and I haven't gotten any other help from them.

I've tried to fix the problem myself. I put in my card details again, tried different credit cards, and changed the payment method to my seller account. But nothing worked.

What's really frustrating is that my brand sells really well in the UK. I've even lowered my prices a lot to try and sell my products without ads. But my stock has been stuck in the Fulfillment Center for over three months. I can't sell anything because I can't run ads.

I'm really upset about this and I'm asking if anyone here can give me some advice. I've seen other sellers with the same problem get help from Amazon. So, I hope someone can help me too.
