Trademark Registration Not verified
We registered a new brand name with USPTO on April 17 and we used IP accelerator program. We have trying to enroll our brand and keep getting the following message and not able to even submit the application. It's been 2 weeks since the trademark application was filed and we have all the proof but we are not able to enroll the brand. The reason we used IP accelerator and paid significantly higher fees was to enroll the brand but now it seems it was all waste. The attorney says its Amazon's problem and brand registry support keep writing scripted replies. They just keep saying wait 24 hours and then nothing happens. Did anyone else go through this and has any advice?

The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please take into consideration that it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Wait for the established time and create a new application.

My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and I can definitely help. This is the second instance of this issue I have seen this week and what you are describing and what I researched is very similar.
I have already created an internal case on this issue and I will provide an update as soon as I have one.
In the interim, I would just try everyday ... I know that can be annoying, but the error may clear before I receive a response to me escalation.

Amazon uses an incredibly stupid version of AI. Good freakin' luck.
Support is probably shopping it around to the chinese sellers to see if anyone wants to jump on the trademark BEFORE it is accepted by Amazon. Then you're toast.
