You get more understandable help if you create a post here in the forum.

You may be surprised but west world population in general is becoming dumber with each decade. It's not just Amazon's thing. They have to work with what they got. Too sad since I love 50s, 60s, and 70s. This was the golden time of US. I wish I lived in that time.

Without question, amazon seller support is the WORST support group with whom I've ever worked.
AND, they're consistently unknowledgeable and unhelpful.
Almost as if they're simply there to torment the seller instead of SUPPORT them.

Most of the time, you have someone who knows nothing about this platform. They are assessed by the case-closing ratio. They're really good at searching a keyword on Amazon, copy-paste, and closing the case.
From my experience, 1 in 10 of the seller support are professional.

As far as I know, they have a month-long training programme before joining. But the training content is very basic and sellers can also search the platform to be able to know some knowledge. At the end of the day, Amazon authorises so little seller support that they can't do anything at all and will just deal with us sellers.

Seller Support Reps have no selling experience or Business experience. Very little English experience.
They do have exceptional experience Delighting the Customer

Seller Support only exists so Amazon can say it does exist to be helpful. It's not meant to actually be helpful in any way. Worst customer service of any company on the planet.

I wouldn't even call what they do support. It is the most useless service

Hi @Seller_apW3RF7nDzWML,
Dominic from Amazon here, is there a specific issue I can help with? If you can please provide the case ID, I can see if there is some assistance I can provide.
Best,
Dominic

I just called them because the creating a case is just a waste of time. I got an american on the phone who was able to work on my case and figure out the issue. I tried to e-mail Amazon a month ago, and 15 responses later, they were sending non-sense that was NOT taking care of the issue, then they started auto-closing it saying they resolved the case when they didn't do anything.
So next time, I'm gonna call again. It's being forwarded like it should have been to begin with. It was a issue with Brand registry thanks to one of Amazon's latest updates...screwed up my stuff. No surprise that Amazon caused the problem, and Amazon put the blame on me to resolve it.
