Keep getting declined instantly although I am submitting an updated invoice
Hello,
I am keep getting declined instantly after submitting an updated invoice. Not sure why the system declines the application right away once I am actually submitted an updated invoice. I called and chatted with Amazon, they told me to wait 24 hours to apply again, I waited 3 days and applied today with an updated invoice, different format, different name and still got declined automatically. Can someone please take a look at my case and let me know how can I submit a new application so it can be actually reviewed?

What are you submitting an invoice for? Is your account deactivated? If so, why?

@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 types faster than I do!
Amazon has tightened the screws significantly. The answers to what is happening to you usually revolve around the TWO most important questions now for every seller, not just rookies.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

What brand?
And where did you source it?
Are you authorized by that brand to sell their products on Amazon?
Vague answers like "a brand" are going to get you nothing more than vague answers in reply. A few details can go a long way.

Good Afternoon @Seller_fCLsI22n4z9tt,
It looks like you were able to get some guidance from our seasoned sellers here on the forums about your selling application for a particular brand. If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.
I also wanted to share some help pages that outline best practices when it comes to selling applications on certain brands and products.
Here is the link for Amazon's Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements. Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
A letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer as @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentioned above.
Lastly, here is a Seller University resource that addresses Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.
Like Selling Partner Support cases, selling applications have a certain amount of time they are open for reapplication/responding to the partner team, so if you have new information to add to the applications, do it ASAP otherwise they will close out and you will have to start over with a new application. Feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions. Have a good weekend.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
