The shipment has been in the warehouse for more than a month without been put into the warehouse
The seller support center claims that it can be put into the warehouse in 5-10 days, but my shipment logistics shows that it has arrived at DTM2 on June 21, but it has not been Received yet,the Shipment events never update.
