Item was not received by estimated delivery date

I ve so many returns because not received by estimated delivery date.

I do FBA.

Why am I responsible to pay return fee and bed reviews because Amazon promises fast delivery and it can't keep the promise ?

Sellers are responsible for EVERYTHING that happens on their account.

That includes Amazon failing to function properly.

You decided to turn everything over to them. If they are NOT doing the job, pull everything back and do FBM so you are in control.

They SHOULD strike through any negative feedback that they are responsible for though!

This is why we would never even consider FBA! But yes, they should strike through a bad review on any FBA order. (That doesn't mean people can't read through the strike-out, though.)

Unfortunately, @Seller_kIukTwdhvntApis right. You made the decision to let someone else (in this case Amazon) handle your customer service. They don't care if they are the ones doing something wrong, just like they don't care if there are post office delays for FBM orders. Shipping for every service right now is a mess. Everyone is getting screwed when it comes to delivery dates right now.

It is your business, so you are responsible in the eyes of the customer, regardless of whether Amazon upholds their duty. If the items are not opened/damaged, Amazon will put it back in your inventory anyway. Whether Amazon will charge you for the return label or not is a toss up.

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, my concerns remain unresolved.

To provide clarity, here are a few examples that Amazon gets responsibility:

  • Amazon offers reimbursement if a package never arrives, is lost, or damaged by the driver.
  • Amazon also deletes negative reviews if they are related to Amazon shipping.
  • So, why doesn't Amazon take action for returns marked as "not received by delivery date," or at the very least, refrain from charging a return fee?

I would appreciate it if someone from Amazon could address this.
