This is the second time that I do the Seller Identity Verification (SIV) process and provide again my documentation to verify my identity. Sending the same documentation again and again. It is a useless waste of time and money.
- If amazon already have my passport, my business address, my business certificate, my registered brand name certificate, my bank statements documents, why amazon have limited my account for inactivity despite there is activity and despite I shipped my products to amazon FBA main warehouse, now i can see amazon is distributing my products in all the US States to reach the customers faster. So why amazon is asking me again the same identic documents for the second time if they already have the same identic documents? 2 months have passed away from the last time i sent the all the documentation for the verification process! Due to the fact that amazon limited my account for inactivity without a reason I sent again the same identic documents and started the verification process again with ever the same my documentation that amazon already own! How can amazon affirm that my account has no activity and limit my account if they received my goods. It Is a useless waste of time and money to limit my account and asking again and again ever the same identic documents despite amazon already have this exact documentation they are asking me again and again.

Can you post the notice that Amazon sent you, what exactly are they asking for?
Do you have a valid credit card under your Charge Methods or are you using a debit card?

Within the next 30 days, please upload a bank statement or credit card statement to the “Identity Verification” page on Seller Central:
