account is deactivated and need reactivation
My store account is deactivated and needs to be reactivated. I have created Case with amazon from 4-Aug-2023 and i was't get any notification from their end. my account was deactivated from 14-july-2023 and their they need BILL for Verification and i submitted latest bill for verification after that they want me to put my IDENTITY verification and i done that too. after that i get message from amazon.

I will go to Account health multiple times. but there is no option to submit any documentation. I have too much inventory there on amazon warehouse please help me to resolve this issue soon.

I talked on CALL with amazon support team but every time they say there is no issue on our end, and they send my case to technical support team for any technical issue.

It looks like you may have two issues going on at the same time -- incomplete identity verification and unresolved policy violations.
Is there an opportunity to submit documents when you click the "Reactivate your account" button?
Do you have unresolved policy violations? You'll also need to address those before Amazon will reactivate your account.
