Hi please escalate case 15822639681 (USA selling region) as I have over 16 approvals of content so I assume you are the only escalation path to unlock Premium for us. I thank you in advance for your hard work in helping those of us who already satisfied all the requirements for Premium A+ Content for many months.

As shown just below, I have already tried to help support by explaining to them using the link to the Premium Guidelines :

Hi support,

I have had at least 5 project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months. I have confirmed this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and checking the status of your submitted projects and the last published date. I have provided you 16 screen shots of the 16 project submissions.

Please do not misunderstand the concept of "project submissions." One project submission is when I press the submit button, then wait until the submission is marked as APPROVED.

Many Amazon sellers have only one product listing / one ASIN but hundreds of "project submissions" So please do not MISINTERPRET the Premium A+ Content guidelines. No where does it require a seller to have more than one product (one ASIN).

I have 16 approved A+ content and my ASIN has a brand story on it's page. (I have only one ASIN).
