Unable to log into Experiments Brand Registry to get out of Brand Name title removal experiment

@SEAmod @Michelle_Amazon

I have contacted Brand Registry a million time literally to remove me from auto experiments such as the one running right now that removes brand name from listings. Disaster for me!

I have explained that I cannot log in says access denied so I cannot get out of

Being tested on without my approval!

Can someone escalate this to Brand Registry they do not seem to understand even with screenshots showing access denied.

from another thread -

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/56cfa766-150b-437b-8447-a1f632c2ef81

𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 and sponsored ads, 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 '𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬'.

Has anyone else noticed their brand name being hidden in the search results on Amazon?

A few weeks ago we noticed that our brand registered listing with over 50k reviews and millions in sales is no longer showing the brand name in the results (screenshot below, it should show 'HYDRO CELL' in the first part of the title).

The brand name shows in the backend and on our detail page, just not in the search results or our ads. As you can imagine, it's absolutely tanking conversion rates, sales, sessions, ranking, etc.

The worst part is, this is only happening to a select few brands in the category. We've been trying to get a response from Amazon for weeks now and finally received this:

"This is Ken from the leadership team...

At Amazon, we’re always experimenting with new products and services to provide a better customer experience. 𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨, bringing key customer search terms to the forefront.

As a result of this new experiment we cannot currently disable this. You can periodically review the status of the search results to confirm whether this experiment has ended. Thank you for your understanding."

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙞𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚? How is that not anti-competitive? How does that benefit the customer? Not to mention the small businesses trying to grow and compete...

Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how I can escalate this further? We've run into a brick wall and are being severely impacted by the 'experiment'.
