Brand owner, amazon say i am not! Provided proof still say no?
So amazon are suppressing our listings and when i looked into why they say we are not the brand owner, we are and we are the only authorised seller of it. We have been selling on Amazon for 14 years! I have raised multiple cases and even tried to re-apply in brand registry and still Amazon are saying no even though i have provided proof and registered trademark. The brand is listed in our brand registry but says we are not the owner but we are! i am getting nowhere with the amazon support they keep replying with irrelevant responses like they have not even read the messages in the first place, tried on the phone and they say it will be escalated and nothing ever happens. We are a small business and we rely on this income to pay staff.
Can someone help me that has had this issue or has a contact with someone in amazon brand registry that can fix this for me as soon as possible.
