Amazon needlessly extending our estimated delivery times to customers
We ship pretty much everything Fedex Smart Post with a 1 day handling time. Across our catalog we have seen Amazon extend estimated delivery times 4-6 weeks out at times. As of now, ordering on a Prime account will say earliest delivery Feb 6th-7th, so 15 days.
We have cases open but they are going nowhere as of yet.
Anyone seen similar or have suggestions?
