Application for brand registry is currently under review

I have been trying to get brand registry approval for weeks and it has been rejected. Now application for brand is currently under review though all the cases has been closed from my end. I am getting the under review error and I can not apply again. When I talk to the representative, they suggest me to apply again. But I can not reapply because of under review error. I have been waiting for the last one month. Could you please help. Case id 16975720381

The only path forward to enroll your brand is to successfully appeal. You can reply to the current case ID with additional or new information to add to your appeal. The appeal team gave 6 potential reasons for the ineligible status on your application, please note that it could be 1 or more of these reasons so I recommend click on the red and underlined "Ineligible" status in your brand application dashboard on the Brand registry site and take not of the bullet points listed under "When submitting an appeal, please ensure that."
