I have a new account and have completed my registration on Amazon UK. I received a message from the verification team instructing me to complete ID verification by following the link below:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global/node/meetingNode/render
However, the link redirects me to Amazon US, where my registration is still pending. To complete the ID verification, I need access to the Amazon US marketplace. When I try to access it, I receive the following message:
"While we verify your credit or debit card, you can start exploring the 'Seller Central' of the European Union."
This situation has remained unchanged for a couple of days, and it seems there is a glitch or loop in the Amazon system. Support has been unhelpful, consistently sending the same replies and instructions for passing ID verification, but no one seems to understand that I cannot access Amazon US, where the verification should take place.
