Amazon checked in more FBA units than sent
Hello Amazon Community!
I shipped 5 Asins 500 units total to Amazon. All different color products, now it shows that 1 product received is 220 of 50 that were supposed to come and inventory is live now with customers buying. We obviously labeled the products correctly since we physically wouldn't be able to put more labels than they are. Other units are showing 0 received and still expecting. It's been a month now and amazon keep moving shipment closed date.
What should I do?

I would not trust Amazon to unF_ck the situation. If you have products going out that have not been scanned properly, I would put all sales on hold and withdraw the inventory. I know this is drastic, but the cost of returns / bad reviews / negative feedback will be too high. Its just not worth risking your account, Bite the bullet and pull stuff out now.

Hi @Seller_czDJnVXLIRxLc, you can request an investigation into the shipment via Seller Support. If @Seller_Fnfv2UKRup5rK is correct or if there was a labeling issue, you may need to look into a removal order. Please let me know if I can assist.
