Amazon Ad Account Suspended - PLEASE HELP!
Our Amazon advertising account has been unexpectedly suspended on a new account despite our strict adherence to the Terms of Service and a history of significant retail contributions amounting to millions of dollars. Initially, our ad campaigns launched without issue, but just two days later, the ad account was “suspended” even though our account health is perfect and our listings are live. We are now entering the second week without the capability to run advertisements. Despite numerous conversations with various teams, we have not been provided with any explanation, which is frustrating and feels unjust.
We are reputable sellers who own major brands and have consistently invested millions in advertising annually on Amazon, including participation in numerous beta programs over the years. Before the pandemic, we made quarterly visits to Seattle to engage with our representatives. The lack of communication and guidance in resolving this issue is baffling.
Given our extensive history on the platform, the current situation is incredibly disheartening. We are members of SAS Core and have designated advertising representatives, yet no one has been able to offer a solution or even an explanation. While Amazon continues to accept our significant retail inventory shipments inbound, our inability to advertise makes no sense. The lack of transparency and support in this situation is deeply concerning, and we are eager to find a resolution.
