Hyperwallet Bank Verification
Hello guys,
I need to verify my bank account details on Amazon but the "Account Verification" document that Hyperwallet provides blurres the actual account number, so what is the meaning of the document? How am I suppose to verify my Hyperwallet account to Amazon? Their document says that you can show this to Amazon Seller Central and it will work, but it clearly doesn't. I've contacted Hyperwallet but I'm not getting any help from them. Does someone know how I can solve this problem?

I appreciate you raising your concerns surrounding hyperwallet not providing necessary documentation that meets our requirements. As mentioned due to their documentation having the account information blurred out created an inability to 100% verify the required information. If this information cannot be verified, we will not be able to complete the verification on this bank account.
I would suggest reviewing our bank requirements under our bank account help page. You may be required to provide a different bank account and information that meets all of our listed requirements. One noted concern in this policy page is hyperwallet is owned by paypal which we advise cannot be used.
Bank account information
- Amazon uses electronic transfers to pay out your sales proceeds. Before you can receive payments, you have to enter bank account information into your seller account. We cannot transfer funds to a credit/debit card or online payment system such as PayPal.
If you continue to run into issues with updating your bank account or continue to be rejected with a new bank meeting our requirements to please follow up with more information so I can work with the appropriate teams to review the situation further.
