This is Roberto. Have you added the two pick-up locations in your Easy ship settings? It is my understanding this can't be done at the product level; however, you can add multiple pick-up locations and fulfill those orders individually to your desired pick-up location.
To change your pick-up address, go to Account Information under the Settings tab and navigate to the 'Easy Ship Settings' section. Click Edit to change your pick-up address.
Note: Currently we support up to 1,000 locations in a single seller account. Complete your registration process and drop an e-mail to stores-mlf@amazon.com in case you would want to add additional locations. The status of your request will be updated within two business days via e-mail.
