Waiting for an overcharge reimbursement from Amazon for 1 month with no reply

Does anyone have the contact information for the outside team that handles reimbursements for Amazon?

Amazon charged me 2x for an amount I owed, and seller support was able to confirm they did in fact charge me twice. My case was transferred to an external team 5 weeks ago.

The status of the case just says "transferred" and I cannot reply on the case, and no one has made a single reply to me.

When I called seller support, they said reimbursements like this are handled by an external team and that seller support can no longer see any updates on the case.

Has anyone had this experience before, and know who/what team I can contact to get a reply?
