OK, you are right, we know this help page. But do you want to be the Amazon police? We see daily tens of violations. If we would report them each time, the half day would be lost.

Just let it be. Reporting violations ends always with the same answer:

Just make sure you do as a seller or Amazon will give you the boot.

If Amazon sees a seller or an ASIN as being valuable, you will never see Amazon policies enforced against that seller or ASIN. Unless, of course, Amazon has a risk of being sued or otherwise losing money over it. In that situation, they will take action. Or, if its a small seller or not a profitable ASIN, they take action. many of us, myself included, have provided hard proof of paid reviews, listing violations, brand violations for generic products being sold as brands, and nothing is ever done. If they want to go after you, they will. But they won't do it because it violated policies. If Amazon did that, this marketplace would work like it used to.

Who Cares. The tool and the wheels are shown. There are a lot more things wrong on product pages than this. How about all the listings with stuff in someone's hand? If you're going to complain, complain about those. At least with this listing, the buyer is going to receive that box. No one is going to receive a hand. Oh, wait ... are you wanting to sell this item but you no longer have the package? Oh, Okay ... now I understand.

Who Cares. The tool and the wheels are shown. There are a lot more things wrong on product pages than this. How about all the listings with stuff in someone's hand? If you're going to complain, complain about those. At least with this listing, the buyer is going to receive that box. No one is going to receive a hand. Oh, wait ... are you wanting to sell this item but you no longer have the package? Oh, Okay ... now I understand.
