Dear Amazon Support Team,
My Amazon Seller account has been deactivated for the past 8 months. While speaking with the Health Support Team previously, I was advised to switch to an individual seller account to avoid additional fees.
However, now that I have changed to an individual seller account, I no longer have access to the Health Support Team, and I am unable to follow up on the status of my account or appeal.
I need to understand the reason why my recent appeal was denied, and I would like to know how I can reestablish contact with the appropriate support team—preferably by phone or email .
Could you please guide me on how to proceed?
