Do you know about the €15 limit? Above this limit (including shipping) you must send as a full parcel with a tracking number that can be tracked by Amazon. So not by letter, registered post etc. And it doesn't matter what ‘Asendia’ shows. All tracking numbers that are not parcels will not be processed by Amazon. And the 15 euro rule has been in place since 1 January 2025, but there is also a bug with shipments under 15 euros. Just have a look around the forum, there are easily 100 threads about this from the last few months.
