Dear amazon workers :
Amazon A-Z Claim granted in a wrong
Amazon granted A-Z claim to a buyer who did not return product to us.
This case cause our shop get a order defect rate -- our shop coming to be dangerous for this case, because we are a new seller for amazon,
i had opened case on 22th, till now 25th, i still no get any answer,

I wrote the customer multiple times for this case, buyer got the items on 21th,
and i thinking about the buyer not happy, make 50% money back to buyer for compensation, but buyer seems want full money back and did not return items to us,
then they still put in for the A-Z claim,
I appeal the A-Z claim and got nothing till now ,
I am a new hands for amazon seller, i am very very worry for our shop health,
i want buyer return at least 1pcs items to us, then we will make full moeny back to buyer ,
I hope to get help !

I was able to review the case ID you've provided here and do see this is related to an order from Amazon Mexico. I will need to direct you to create a post in the Mexico side of our forums by clicking on the flag dropdown in the top-right of your forums view and selecting Mexico's flag, so the team and community there can offer region-specific support.
I will note that in general, using Amazon Buy Shipping labels, and specifically the ones that state 'Claims protected' do offer certain protections against customer claims of non-receipt, and capturing a signature on delivery adds a further signal for confirming the correct customer received an item.
