Inventory reserved for more than 30 days
Hello, Amazon Seller Support
I hope one of the MODs can help with the following issue.
Support case ID 16483071501. (case opened since 10/15/24)
I sent 2 boxes of products to FBA (ID:FBA18BWFL96M). They were received 10/24/2024 and the shipment was closed on October 12, 2024.
Amazon requested the SDS, it was sent and the products were classified as NON-DANGEROUS GOOD(The ASIN is a non-dangerous good and can be fulfilled by any FBA seller).
Despite this, my products are in reserved status and I have not been able to sell any.
The case is under investigation, but it is not yet resolved. I have received responses from support that the products are in transit, but they do not arrive anywhere and In the Inventory Ledger my products are in warehouse RDU4

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help with this. Seller Support is correct:
Upon research, we were able to determine that the units are in reserved status as we are transferring them from one fulfillment center to another. However, the processing time has extended beyond the estimated timeline of 30 days. Due to this, we have encountered an unexpected delay on the transshipment event, which has resulted in extended the estimated timeline to 60 days.
