We have different stand alone child listings but we want to have a parent listing to all of them, what we want to do is create a new parent listing and put all of them into a new parent listing, how can we be able to do that .

Download your category inventory report to create a parent and attach child ASINs. Then upload the feed file.
There is also a wizard but the feed file enables you to bulk upload/updates etc...

There are also some instructions here on how to reassign a child ASIN to a new parent:
"To reassign a child item to a new parent:
Delete the child item (removes its relationship to the parent). You may need to wait 24 hours before you can re-use your SKU.
Re-add the child item, replacing the old value in its Parent SKU field with the SKU of the new parent.
Validate and upload the completed inventory template."
