Inbound Shipment Refused at Fulfillment Center, Stuck in Truck Yard (Central Transport) for Over 1 Month

I initiated a shipment (FBA1896MW0YQ) on August 7th which was picked up by Central Transport on August 14, and was then refused at the Amazon Warehouse in Fayetteville on August 30. The shipment has been sitting in a Central Transport truck yard in Durham, NC ever since then, and I am anecdotally told it is eventually destined for Hagerstown, MD. All of that information is anecdotal based off calls w/ Central Transport. Amazon has not been able to provide any details at all about the shipment, and has further said they will not do any work on this shipment until October 25th.

I have a substantial amount of inventory (w/ a shelf life) that is currently ticking away in a truck. Of my three SKU's on Amazon, one has since gone out of stock, and another just hit "low inventory" status. In short, I need help addressing this problem rapidly and cannot wait another 6 weeks before starting the process of investigating.

Happy to provide additional info. This is my fourth shipment (LTL) into an Amazon Warehouse, and the first to go this far sideways.

Thanks for raising this here on the forums - have you seen any movement on this shipment since you originally posted?

Additionally, have you reached out to Seller Support regarding this shipment? I would like to investigate this further on your behalf.
