How to cancel a brand registry application

I need to cancel the pending approval for brand registry so that I can register with a different account on Amazon. Please assist me with the process.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.

GOOD job on providing a case #. I’m tagging some MODS that can help you on this.

I looked into your case and confirmed that Brand registry has declined your appeal case with the information below.

Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new appeal request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. However, if at any point in the future our system identifies that your account is no longer abusive, then we will establish communication with you to resume the enrollment application process/add the user to the brand.

As mentioned above, the decision is final at this time and due to this reason, your application will be in pending mode until the brand team resumes contact with you again. I cannot close or cancel these types of applications.
