no response from seller support

I have opened 2 cases with seller support nearly a month ago now and neither of them have ever been responded to yet by seller support. Anyone else having this issue with seller support? Is there another way to get in contact with someone at Amazon? This is for the USA market.

Apologize that you are having issues hearing back from Selling Partner Support. If you could please provide the CASE ID you filed so we can escalate it to support to ensure it's getting the proper visibility. Also don't forget to check your Case Log located in the upper right hand corner of Seller Central after you click on the 'Help' button.
