customer claims item defective yet amazon deems sellable
I sold my brand items and a customer claims item is defective and amazon deems it is sellable and put back in inventory. Customer purchased and item and returned it the next next day. This now goes towards my return rate. If the item is back in inventory how is it defective?

Hello @Seller_6S387YeuyeC81
Thank you for the information provided regarding the order that impacted your metrics. I do want to provide support to assist you in navigating this, but did want to get clarification. Which metric you are referring to when you say 'return rate'? Was the order that was defective an A-to-Z claim? If so, did you attempt to dispute the situation with any supporting details? Have you attempted to open any cases into this situation? I encourage you to share any case IDs or other type details so I may gain a better understanding of the concern.
I will monitor this thread for any additional information or details that you can share so that support can be provided to you.
Best,
Atlas
