Oh come on!

A to Z has done it again. Package was sent on time using Amazon Shipping to CAN. Package arrived early, and delivery attempt made. Consequently, they had to hold the package for pickup and notified the customer. Customer refused to go pick up the package. We tried to intervene on the customer behalf and have redelivered. Which according to tracking they did unsuccessfully. Customer put in a claim. The claim states. "The customer claimed an issue with delivery. Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee covered the cost of this claim on your behalf because you used Amazon's Buy Shipping and the customer issue was outside your control." But we were charged anyway. Appealed twice. Last message "We have reviewed the buyer’s claim and the information you provided for order - Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision". What kind of logic is that? And the cherry on the top is customer placed 2 orders, which we shipped on time, and arrived early. And you guessed it he won't go pick up the package. Lost both cases.

Mods help would be appreciated.
