I have been scammed by Amazon CSBA - Customer Sservice by Amazon
I just found out CSBA issued refund for a lot of orders that worth Thousands of dollars that we shipped and delivered, never heard anything from customers, items never returned.
We did not monitor refunds , we just trusted amazon would never issue a full refund when order delivered and no issue was found.
Why would CSBA issue refund for an order delivered, customer never complaint or reported any issue, and order never returned?
I just found out some orders are still in transit and Amazon CSBA issued refund for them. This is a terrible service!
It is past 60 days and I cant open a safe-t claim anymore. I created cases for each order and amazon is not helping getting reimbursed. What do I do now? I have a huge loss. How do I contact amazon directly to get my loss reimbursed?

did you READ the program details before you signed up????? You are giving Amazon FULL control over your customer service. Amazon will throw your money away with both hands. it's the easiest and fastest solution for every problem.

This is the root of your problem. Never, ever trust Amazon to have your best interests at heart. Amazon puts itself first. Customers come second. Sellers like you and I are last.

SO what is your solution the problem I listed? You only gave me information which is already available on amazon and I know it.
I have lots of orders that are delivered, there is no RMA or return request initiated. Amazon just refunded lots of orders with a reason "ubanle to deliver" but they are all delivered. I can not open Safe-T claim anymore, because orders refunded 60 days before and I found out now.
What can you do to get my money back? You cant say it is been over 60 days and keep the money? This would not be fair.

The only solution is to turn off CSBA. Amazon couldn't care less about you and they will gladly give away as much of your money as they want to -- because it makes customers want to buy more stuff from them, knowing that it will be 100% FREE if they complain for any reason (or no reason), and at no cost to Amazon.
