Transparency
Hello,
Recently, i met a problem on transparency. I registered it for my 4 products simultaneously in about 6 months at the same time, but yesterday i got an e-mail informing me that "based on your brand situation, the following is a customized list of recommended ASINs for you". 2 ASINs have lost protection. After receiving this e-mail, i checked the listings and found that T lable was missing. But others 2 listings T lables were normal display. Meanwhile, i entered Transparency Portal website and tried to apply transparency lable for that 2 ASINs email mentioned. They can apply!!!
I have 2 doubts:
1. Why T lable disappered in my listings. What happened? What should I do?
2. The labels I previously applied for are still unused. Can I continue to use them after resolving this problem?

I checked just now, 2 ASINs' product status appear enrolled, not in protected.

Specifically, to your questions at this moment Transparency program in order to work properly, the trademark of the Brand products will need to be approved. If Trademark (TM) is showing pending the program will not be active entirely. Our advice is to contact directly the support channel for them to review
