Amazon FBA Shipment to AVP1 "Undeliverable" - What is Happening???
Anyone knows what this means?
"Package is undeliverable and is returning to sender. A refund will be issued once return is processed."
Never had this happen to my shipments.
Shipment arrived at CA US border it's saying it's undeliverable.
Have messaged amazon several times but got robotic answers not telling me the reason for "undeliverable" reason.
Checked with UPS (non-partnered) tracking and it's not telling me it's stuck or anything. Just saying "on the way". No update about it being stuck.

Is this the first time you ship from USA to Canada? And you did not do a quick Google research before? And you do not use a freight forwarder but sent it by post?
I don't know the details but as far as I know someone has to pay the Canadian VAT and the customs. That's why you can't send straight away to Amazon because THEY will not pay these costs. Do a research on Google and make it better next time. The goods will be returned to you.
If I am wrong and you have a solution for VAT and customs duties, your product could be prohibited in Canada.
