Amazon are driving me nuts! I am trying to get a product onto Amazon, which they are needing further information on in order to verify. They keep writing to me from merch.service05@amazon.co.uk asking me to send the information by reply to this email address and when I do I get an automated response advising this mail acnnot accept incoming mail!

Does anybody know how I can contact Amazon and avoid this endless loop? i have been through Customer srvice chat and get put back into the same loop!
