Products not returned and Safe-T claim rejected saying return attempt was made
Two of my returned orders did not reach me, I kept waiting to receive the products and calling the delivery agents (whose name and no. was mentioned in the return notification email), and they kept denying that they do not deliver in my area and my regular order pickup person will come to deliver the return. When called the pickup person, he said he doesn’t have any information on my return products.
I filed a Safe-T claim but it got rejected saying the product delivery attempt was made, you were either not available of refused the product. THIS TOTALLY MAKES NO SENSE, AS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. I also did not receive any call from the delivery agent during his visit time, if at all he visited.
I called seller support team, they asked me to wait patiently for 30 days and the product will reach me and if it doesn’t reach me then I will get definetly get reimbursement from Amazon after 50 days.
But now its more than 60 days and I nam still at same point, no product and no reimbursement.

You can check the tracking information of the shipment using the return tracking ID. If the item has not been out for delivery in your area, you can share this information with Safe-T team as a proof that item was not out for delivery and no delivery attempt was made.

I'm also having same issue with my 7 returns. We didn't received call or visit our location to deliver the courier though status is updated as 'Package is undeliverable and is being returned to the sender.'
I raised the concern with support team initially they told me to wait and no need to worry as reimbursement will be done to you after 30 days & now safety claim also got denied with the reason 'delivery attempt was made, you were either not available of refused the product'
Now, when i called to support team they are saying they are helpless in this case & only safety claim can take decision.
