2 Refunds, Both Delivered, Buyer Has Not Sent Back

Hello,

I have 2 refunds on my account with slightly different situations:

1) 1st item, buyer placed order for, after the package was shipped out, they canceled the order on the same day claiming it would "Arrive Too Late". It has now been 60 days, the package has been delivered since December 14th, and yet, still no return or update on the tracking for the return. Is this return label charged to me? If so, how can I despute?

2) Buyer claimed the wrong item was sent. The item was delivered 15 days ago, and again, no product returned yet, and no tracking update for 13 days now. So I ask again, is this label charged to me?

As you can see, I have not received either item back to me. What's the next move?

Thanks

When the label is generated, you may see a portion of your funds held to cover the cost; if the label is not used, that money will be returned to your account.

In short, if the label is not used, you don't pay anything. Furthermore, if the customer never gets around to returning the item, you don't issue a refund. So don't "remind" the customer to send it back; best case for you is that they decide to keep it, either on purpose or just forget about it.

Hi @Seller_uieroNX1WuoOF

I believe the information provided by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwis solid.

Buyers sometimes do request a return and then they change their mind and don't actually go through with the return. If Amazon issued a Prepaid Return Label (PRL) and you receive the two orders back from the buyers and they are damaged or are what we call 'switcheroos,' then you should file a SAFE-T claim. Please see the link I provided below to learn about SAFE-T claims.

Thank you for selling on Amazon!
