Amazon refused to reimburse for the damaged item.

This item was not defective or damaged. It was returned incomplete without the manufacturer's box and Amazon stuck the return label on the item. The item was returned without a shipping box. We do not know who missed the manufacturer's box, Amazon or the customer. But Amazon mutilated the item when they stuck the return label on the item and shipped it back without a return box. Now they said that it was damaged by the customer, which is false.

Have you opened a case with Seller Support demonstrating that the item was damaging by Amazon during the returns process? If so, let me know the case number here!

Amazon does not accept responsibility and will not reimburse you for returned items that are damaged by a customer, so for this reason any evidence that it was damaged by Amazon will be critical!
