What happens if one or more orders have not been picked up?

If your Easy Ship order has not been picked up due to reasons attributable to Amazon, you can enter that information in the form below. This action will ensure that we investigate the incident, and we will try to pick up the order during the next available slot. Additionally, we will reverse any metrics that were affected due to a pick-up miss, if applicable.

Please fill out this form if an Easy Ship pick-up was not attempted by 6 p.m. on the scheduled date.

The pick-up miss form is also available in Seller Central. To navigate to the form, follow these steps:

  1. From the Orders drop-down menu, select Manage Orders.
  2. From the Easy Ship tab, click the Sent tab.
  3. A link to the form will appear in the Waiting for pick-up section.
