I have been waiting over 1 month for the team with Arranged Freight Delivery to respond to me, and I have submitted the form twice, as well as emailing the team 3 times. We need to get this solved urgently.
Does anyone have experience with this program???

The note on this Seller Help page implies the team typically responds to requests with 15 business days, so it could be that they currently backlogged with a longer wait time than usual. I understand this experience is frustrating, my recommendation is to remain patient, but please reach out to me if an extended period of time passes without a response. Thank you!
