AGL has not shipped my products for 15 days (China to Germany)
I created the shipment on June 26th and selected AGL as the transport service. However, they reported that they were unable to scan the Amazon-generated barcode and have been 'working on the issue' for the past 15 days. Every time I follow up, I only receive an automated response with no real solution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with AGL or barcode scanning?

You are here in the Seller Forum, where sellers can exchange information and help each other. You should discuss AGL questions with Amazon (AGL). Here in the forum I read about problems with the service.
The question is allowed: Why does your manufacturer want to scan and process the barcode? It is (presumably) an Amazon internal barcode that is relevant for Amazon (AGL) transport/logistics but neither for you nor for your manufacturer. It is not a checkout barcode like a GTIN.
And of course it is annoying that there is no proper communication from Amazon. Unfortunately, this is not only the case with AGL.
