Describe how happy you are with Amazon's policy in terms of return, refund, payment, etc.

You may be aware that the Amazon return window is 10 days in most of the product categories, but they take returns beyond their limit. Sometimes they refund the customer without taking the return a debit sellers account for such refund. Sometimes Amazon charges incorrect commission from your delivered order and asks the sellers to check the commission rate and report to Amazon within 30 days. Amazon can take up to 45 days to return the order to sellers, but sellers have only 7 days to file a claim.
