Amazon Took FBA units from us Sold by Amazon.com No Reimbursement
Check your listings to see if Amazon.com is selling your FBA inventory... They took at least 21 units of my Registered brand and sold by Amazon.com WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT for any of the units.
I noticed i wasn't getting sales on an advertised listing and saw my available inventory was 0, which was odd since i just restocked. I then see sold by Amazon.com below our MSRP with 21 units in stock. Checked my inventory ledger Lost/Found and there were none in last 30 days.
After a couple hours with support we find Amazon marked FBA shipments we sent weeks prior as "Carrier Damaged" then changed condition to "Sellable" and took the units to sell by Amazon.com
I was NEVER reimbursed in cash or units for any of the sales.
Now Amazon is asking me to provide specific events details to request reimbursement for.
How can Amazon not have some redundant checks or safeguards in place that they can't steal your FBA inventory and sell by Amazon.com without reimbursing?
