Hast du bei dir im Seller Central bereits unter Benachrichtigungen geschaut, ob die Nachricht dort auch auftaucht?

Das kann dir keiner sagen ohne die MailHeader zu sehen - und oder die enthaltenen Links. Wenn die zur Amazon führen, dann ist die echt. Scamer versenden Emails um Geld zu verdienen und dich auszunehmen. Siehst du denn dort eine solche Möglichkeit? Weiterleitungen auf andere Websites usw? Wenn nicht dann ist das echt - leider macht Amazon das manchmal - wenn eine total von dem Biotop abgeschottete Einheit dich anschreibt (ist ein Unding ich weiß, hab ich mir nicht ausgedacht) - Dein Post enthallt leider weder etwas für noch etwas was gegen einen Scam sprechen könnte.
So ein bisschen gesunden Menschenverstand sollte man voraussetzen können.
