Reactivate
Around four 3 years ago, we established a UK Amazon account and introduced a product that initially saw some sales. However, facing challenges with a low star rating, we decided to enhance our product. After investing ten months in preparing our second batch of inventory and sending it to the AMZ warehouse, Amazon started the verification process on our account.
During the verification, we diligently provided all requested documents, such as company details, utility bills, passports, and more. Despite our efforts, Amazon kept requesting additional information and eventually closed our account. It's been over a year now, and the "submit your documents" button for account reactivation remains elusive. We are seeking assistance or advice to resolve this ongoing issue. Can anyone offer help in this specific context of account verification, where our inventory remains intact but access to our account is restricted?

Let's please follow up on the original thread in order to avoid confusion and a slower resolution of the issue.
