Single-SKU pallet templates are not currently enabled. To proceed, please choose a non-pallet packing template or remove this SKU.

Im trying to replenish one of my items but when I am in the first step of Send to Amazon, I will click my usual packing template but when I click confirm and continue I get an error of "Single-SKU pallet templates are not currently enabled. To proceed, please choose a non-pallet packing template or remove this SKU." To try and troubleshoot it myself, I have deleted all packing templates to try and start from scratch and it still provide this error. I have then tried to see if the same error pops up on my other skus and it does for every single sku even though Ive replenished these skus plenty of times for FBA. Oddly enough, when I do case pack it lets me continue but that isn't what I want it to do since I am trying to send pallets of the same sku.

It's frustrating because Amazon support has no help on this and is trying to help me by seeing if my pallet is the right size or other basic info, but that isnt the issue! I have seen other people have the same issue within forums but nobody seems to have gotten a solution yet, I have now inventory out-of-stock and shipments awaiting to leave china. If somebody has received this same error and figured or got a solution please help!
