Malicious and Misleading 1-Star Review for ASIN B0DF2WGV3J
I am the seller of a computer product listed under ASIN B0DF2WGV3J. I am writing to strongly protest a malicious, unfair, and misleading 1-star review that violates Amazon’s policies and is severely damaging my business.
My product is gaming PC combined with good-looking and performance and only sold on Amazon. However, on March 4, 2025, a user who did not purchase my product posted the following review in the United States:
“Overpriced
Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2025
A 4060 build should not be 1200$”
This review is not only baseless but also a clear violation of Amazon’s Customer Reviews Policies. Specifically, it breaches the following guidelines:
1. Relevance and Authenticity (Customer Reviews Policies): Reviews must be “helpful and relevant” and based on firsthand experience. This review fixates solely on the 4060 graphics card to deem the product “overpriced,” ignoring the unique combination of performance and design that defines its value. It misleads customers by presenting an uninformed, biased judgment rather than a genuine experience.
2.pricing comments related to an individual experience aren't allowed. For example, Found this item here for $5 less than at my local store.
The customer didn't buy our product and leave a 1-star review. And compare my PC price with a 4060 Build?
I believe the amazon review should be based on customers experience, not biased judgement. I strongly suspect this could be a deliberate act of sabotage by a competitor aiming to tarnish my reputation.
Please take a look Amazon Team!
Thank you!!!
