My account is activated and in good standing but shows deactivated .

Normally I dont post in the seller forums but after exhuasting every option to reach someone at amazon to solve what I believe to be a glitch in the system Im hiring to get assistance in the forum. My Account is in good standing all of my information is verified, my listings says activated but yet my account says deactivated and all of my listings are deactivated although it says activated. Im desperately trying to not only get this glitch cleared up but hoping to get my funds deposited into my account . Ive sent several cases of which the last 2 I was told that I didnt submit them to the proper channel although when I log into the account health then option to contact the proper channel has been disabled. So its like my account has been purposely put into this active deactivated con edition with no way to resolve the issue.

Can anyone help

Can you share a bit more why you are saying the account is both active and inactive? I would also encourage you to look for any recent performance notifications you may have received. If the account was in fact deactivated, you would have received communication through this channel about the reason for the deactivation as well as guidance on what is needed to get the account reinstated. Please share any such messages you may have received here in the thread (with personal information removed) so we may better understand your scenario.

You should be seeing a red banner from your Account Health page. Within this banner would be links to the proper page from which you will need to submit any required information for an appeal. The "proper channel" reply would be due to the opening of the case rather than submitting your appeal from the appeal page. The appeal path would vary depending on the nature of the violation, so we would need further information from you here as well.
