Disbursement canceled - no help from Seller Support
Disbursement was canceled. Tried to resolve it - no help from anyone so far.
Here are the facts as of now...
- Disbursement was canceled "because your payment method on file is invalid."
- I called my credit card issuer, they see a transaction of $0 from Amazon, but it was pending. Not declined.
- No holds on my card. I also used the card multiple times with no issues since the time Amazon canceled the disbursement.
- I have been using this card on this account for a long time with no issues.
- I contacted Seller Support, multiple times, phone and cases. Finally got a "supervisor" to tell me they would issue another disbursement within 48 hours. It did not happen.
- A disbursement for the business orders was initiated and completed with no issues. This is not the disbursement in question and accounts for less than 1% of the disbursement I need.
- Account health is all in the green with very good numbers.
- No notable "reserve" amount.
Does anyone have other suggestions? Perhaps a mod can step in and assist? (case number: 13568148891)

The same thing happened to us on Monday, 8/21/2023. They promised to transfer the money after 3 days; however, nothing has happened so far, and we doubt if they are going to transfer the balance!
