You ARE allowed to have multiple accounts under certain circumstances. To do so you need to be selling in TOTALLY unrelated areas with absolutely NO connection -- not the same categories, not the same brands, NO overlap at all.

WHAT have you tried to explain? If the accounts are selling the same/similar items there is nothing to explain -- it is not permitted.
"What documents do I need to present?"
There is nothing to submit. Either you are selling in different product categories and no paperwork is required or even asked for, OR you are selling in related categories and it is not allowed and you trashed your account.
If you have multiple accounts selling in same/similar categories an Act of Congress won't help you.
