PRIME cut off times
hi all.
We have finally been able to start offering PRIME! however something odd is happening.
our cutoff time for buyers ordering 1pm (everything is set to 2pm). We have checked and checked again, everything we can find is set to 2pm cutoff yet still its actually 1pm to the buyer.
Nothing major accept it means we lose that small amount of times for people wanting the next day delivery...
any ideas?

Hello @Seller_XrsxyuONn8r2w,
Here Simon from Amazon.
Have you tried to reach out to Seller Support in regards to this issue?
Are there any other sellers experiencing the same problem?
Best,

Assuming its the same as Premium Shipping...
Order Cut-off Times (premium shipping)
Order cut-off times under General Fulfillment Settings are used to determine the Estimated Ship Date for non-Prime premium shipping. You are required to have a minimum weekday order cut-off time of 2:00 pm.These settings only apply to One Day and Two-Day premium delivery and are not used for Standard Shipping. Customers will see a cut-off time one hour prior to the one you set.
The reasoning is because customers have 30 minutes to cancel normally after placing an order - so it has to sit in Pending. The hour gives amazon time to move the order through pending.
I did think the order cut off time for Prime was later than 2pm though.
